VILLAGE OF ASHVILLE

PLANNING & ZONING SPECIAL MEETING

APRIL 5, 2006

 

In the absence of Mayor Wise, Chester Gloyd called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.  Answering roll call were Lisa Darnell, Mike Videkovich, and Terry Moore.  Mayor Wise was excused due to illness.  Also present were Dave Bowen, Ron Rednick, Hon Nguyen, John Darnell, and Franklin Christman.   Terry Moore moved, seconded by Lisa Darnell, to approve the minutes of the March 29, 2006 regular meeting as read.  All votes were yea.

OLD BUSINESS:  None

NEW BUSINESS:

1.  Final Plat Suburban Village – In the absence of the village engineer Dennis Urban, Ron Rednick stated that the run-off [ie downstream overflows] had been corrected. Terry Moore moved, seconded by Chester Gloyd, to approve the Final Plat for Suburban Village with the stipulation that the Village of Ashville’s engineer approves the final plat and that no building begins until after the engineer’s approval.  All votes were yea.

ZONING INSPECTORS COMMENTS:  None

COMMITTEE COMMENTS:  None

Chester Gloyd moved, seconded by Terry Moore, to adjourn.  Meeting adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
