Library Happenings in September

Hi Everyone:

The Pickaway County District Public Library will be closed Sept. 5 and 6 for Labor Day.

Following Labor Day, the main library in Circleville and the Floyd E. Younkin Branch in Ashville will be open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 4: Used Book Sale, Main Library Garage, Circleville, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., sponsored by the Friends of the Library

Thursday, Sept. 9: Family Movie Matinee, Younkin Branch Library, Ashville, 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 14: Teen Tuesday (ages 12 to 17), Main Library, Circleville, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 15: Book Club for Adults, Main Library, Circleville, 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 18: Used Book Sale, Main Library Garage, Circleville, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., sponsored by the Friends of the Library

Wednesday, Sept. 22: Computer Classes for Adults, Main Library, Circleville, times vary

Thursday, Sept. 23: Wii Gaming for all ages, Younkin Branch Library, Ashville, 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 28: Teen Tuesday (ages 12 to 17), Main Library, Circleville, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 29: Family Movie Night, Main Library, Circleville, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Main Library Preschool Storytimes – (Beginning Sept. 13) Mondays at 10:30 a.m. and Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.

Younkin Branch Storytimes (beginning Sept. 14) – Preschool Storytime on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and Toddler Storytime on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
